How to Apply to Modify Score Report Information

(3) Requests for score report information modification must be submitted within the score report's validity period, which is within two years from the test date.

Service fee: The service fee for modifying the score report is CNY 180 (excluding postage fee).

Postage fee: Candidates are responsible for the additional courier fee required to send the score report. The courier fee is automatically calculated by the system based on the destination. DHL is applicable for international, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan destinations, while SF Express is applicable for mainland China destinations.

In a typical situation, CTI will review the candidate’s relevant certification documents. Within 5 working days after the review's approval and the receipt of applicable fees from the candidate, CTI will dispatch a re-produced score report. For those applying for multiple score reports simultaneously, please refer to the additional score report delivery service.

For expedited service, if you opt for it, an additional expedited service fee of CNY 50 per service is required. Within 3 working days of receiving the relevant fees from the candidate, CTI will send a re-produced score report.

The mailing address used for score report delivery will be based on the candidate’s provided address during the application process. This address may include, but is not limited to, the admission institution, employer, relevant Chinese teaching units, other institutions, and the candidate’s personal address. If delivery fails due to incorrect delivery information or changes in address, the candidate will be held responsible.
