April 17th, 2010—the Confucius Institute at Tajikistan Nationality University successfully held the first new HSK test of 2010. On that day, a total of 59 examinees took part in the test which varies in difficulty from level I to level V.
The New Chinese Proficiency Test (New HSK for short) was held in Tajikistan for the fist time. The staff of the Confucius Institute had done much careful preparation for the exam. With practical consideration of the students, they guided them to sign up for the appropriate level of examination. Teachers also offered the students training and psychological guidance before the test.
Thanks to careful planning and extensive publicity from the Confucius Institute in the past year, HSK has become a prestigious exam which is widely recognized and welcomed by local students and Chinese learners.
